Terms and Conditions for A21Cash Connect

Welcome to A21Cash Connect. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the A21Cash Connect mobile application and website. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. About A21Cash Connect

A21Cash Connect is an online marketplace platform that allows users in Kenya to buy and sell products and services. We do not own, sell, or deliver products listed by users unless clearly stated.

2. Eligibility

To use A21Cash Connect, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate and updated information at all times.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Listings and Transactions

a) Seller Responsibilities

  • Ensure that listed items are legal and accurately described.

  • Set fair and truthful prices.

  • Deliver products as agreed with buyers.

b) Buyer Responsibilities

  • Review item details carefully before purchasing.

  • Communicate clearly with sellers.

  • Pay agreed amounts promptly.

c) Platform Role

  • A21Cash Connect acts only as a facilitator.

  • We are not responsible for product quality, delivery, pricing disputes, or transactions between users.

5. Prohibited Items and Activities

You agree not to list or engage in:

  • Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods

  • Weapons, drugs, or harmful substances

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activities

  • Harassment, abuse, or hate content

  • Spam, malware, or harmful software

We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts without notice.

6. Payments

  • Payments are made directly between buyers and sellers unless otherwise stated.

  • A21Cash Connect does not guarantee refunds or transactions.

  • Any payment disputes must be resolved between the involved parties.

7. User Content

By posting content (images, descriptions, messages), you:

  • Confirm you have the right to share the content

  • Grant A21Cash Connect a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote it

  • Accept responsibility for all content you upload

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraud or illegal activity

  • Harm other users or the platform

Termination may occur without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All app content, logos, trademarks, and designs belong to A21Cash Connect unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

A21Cash Connect shall not be liable for:

  • Losses arising from user transactions

  • Misrepresentation by users

  • Technical issues or service interruptions

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the app is at your own risk.

11. Privacy

Your use of A21Cash Connect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted in the app or on our website. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
